The Wood

Villa Roberti owns a large Wood that expands for about two hectares south of the Villa. It is among the largest in the Paduan plain. The vegetation is typical of the Mediterranean scrub with lime trees, plane trees, horse chestnuts, gatterini poplar, field maples, hornbeams and some oaks (English and Durmast oaks) and a centuries-old specimen of considerable size. The undergrowth vegetation is also dense: there are rose bushes, shrubs of evomino and vegelia, hydrangea and forsythia.
Since 2019 the Wood Villa Roberti is inscribed in the Association of Plane Wood Forestry (AFP) http://www.afvo.it, the first association of lowland forest owners, created in 2002 to manage forest resources.

With its sinuous paths, the Wood is ideal to immerge yourself into nature, for educational activities and sensory itineraries, but can also be transformed into an unusual and original location for receptions and private parties.
